Convergence

There is an alternative - Please, let's work it out together!

Hi People. To share some sites about human rights in China that I'm interested in, hope it is of interest to you too!:

Music styles such as alternative rock, traditional, hip hop and spoken word all made to highlight the current persecution of the peacful tai chi practice of Falun Gong, persecuted in China by the Chinese Communist Party as we speak, which has put innocent people into labour camps in China today, it's an undercover Hiter's Germany in China right now. 3000 have been killed 10,000s sent to Gestapo-type labour camps. And things like organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners is happening, akin to the Jews whose hair was kept for industrial materials. Thank you for that. I'd recommend the little cartoon strip by Mickey Lam. It's one up from t' bottom on the artworks page. I had absolutely no inkling about any of this stuff until I've just checked out their website, but that explains quite a bit in a short space.

The meditation technique they mention, Falun Gong, bears an uncanny resemblance to the experiment I put myself on a few years back, which I called 'The Experiment of One'. I decided to live my life under the guidance of the collective energy we're all a part of, rather than my 'rulers'. I've not worked out how to explain the experiment properly yet, but to give an idea, one of the core things I endeavour to do is to continue to love in the face of hate. I won't snap back if someone is rude or ingrateful. I appreciate that the moment is a random flicker of time in their life, so there are endless unkown factors that may have affected the person's attitude at that moment in time. I try to see things from their point of view, and I genuinely want the best for them above myself. I can testify that life feels soooo much nicer this way. I wasn't always like this, and it's a tough thing that I'll admit I sometimes lapse on but then hey! None of us are perfect huh?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention hunni, and I'd like to extend a proper hand of welcome now that I'm feeling a little better. Please feel free to contribute as much as you like.

Thanks again, and big hugs

Thanks for checking out the website. Yeah, well, you have some compassion then. It's true what you say. People are people and I'm one of those people. But just there's different types of people, and some people are just idiots. That's what it is. People attack people who don't love themselves, in particular, even I feel irritated with people like that, or people they're just jealous of. When you want to act being true to yourself there's people who will react to those choices, but it is their problem. But you have the solace that your following your own true path and stuff. Kind Regards, Zub.
